Seafood Processing 2020
Wexler Packaging Products is rounding off our first wave of tradeshows with Seafood Processing North America in Boston, MA. The show is being held at the Boston Convention Center from March 15-17. We are excited to head up north to be a part of the leading trade event for seafood buyers. The show features over 1,300 exhibitors from 49 countries and over 22,000 attendees from all areas of the industry. Be sure to add Booth #2387 to your itinerary to see some state-of-the-art equipment that has saved companies countless hours and dollars, not to mention the environment.
Visit our booth to see live demonstrations of the Ravenwood Nobac 500. This machine is a versatile linerless labeling system that applies various label formats to a variety of products. With rapid changeover between wrap formats and maximum flexibility, you can lower your carbon footprint and reduce packaging waste in one easy step. This year, we are partnering with Ossid, LLC. We will be proudly displaying their ReeEco Automatic Tray Sealer in conjunction with our Nobac 500. Attendees will be able to see the entire process from a tray being fed into the system, vacuum skin packed and then labeled with our high speed Ravenwood equipment.
We will also have the ATS US-2100-R, which is the perfect solution for branding with a band. This machine accommodates 3” or 4” bands and is sealed with an ultra-sonic weld, making it the perfect advertising platform. Not to mention the other benefits to banding, such as reducing additional costs associated with alternative packaging, like shrink wrap, inner cartons, etc.
Not only will you be able to experience these machines in-action, but we’ll have plenty of samples for you to see. In addition to the exhibitor’s hall, there will be several conferences and learning opportunities going on throughout the show. This year’s conference program focuses on topics including recycling, seafood trends, supply chains, climate change, and more. See demonstrations on sushi, octopus, yellowtail, among others and the 14th annual Oyster Shucking Competition. If you plan on attending Seafood Processing, don’t forget to add booth #2387 to your list of must-see’s. Our team is eager to meet guests and answer any of your questions about seafood packaging.
