Service Training Recap
Last week, Wexler Packaging Products held our 11th annual Service Training at our office in Hatfield, PA. The training was held on May 7th, 8th, and 9th and featured training sessions for ATS US-2000 equipment, ATS MS Series, and Ravenwood Nobac equipment. Throughout the week, we hosted nearly 25 people who operate or maintain our machinery at their own facilities, and they received in-depth, hands-on training on the equipment.
Along with their training, all attendees received complimentary breakfast and lunch, as well as a Certificate of Completion for their specific program. Our staff had the opportunity to mingle and talk with the attendees throughout the week and grow the relationships with our customers. We also provide the opportunity for feedback so that we can make each training better than the last.
If you’re thinking about attending our training in the future, know that the benefits and advantages are immensely valuable. This training will allow your operators and/or technicians to be more self-sufficient, able to detect issues sooner, and maintain the equipment for optimal performance. Our knowledgeable instructors gave attendees a wealth of information and resources to take with them after breaking down each facet of the machinery from parts, to operation, troubleshooting, and more.
We love being able to provide our clients with this free training every year and urge all of our customers to take advantage of this opportunity. We’d like to thank our instructors, Wexler Packaging Products’ Technical Product Manager, Michael Walsh, Service Manager, Sean Tobin and Service Tech, Christian Knox, for sharing their knowledge and showing our customers everything they need to know. We’d also like to thank all of our 2019 attendees for helping make our 11th annual Service Training such a success. And as always, our well-trained Service Team is available 24/7 to help you with any issues or questions that may arise with your equipment. Look out for our next Service Training in Spring 2020. Until then, if you’re interested in setting up on-site training, feel free to contact us at 215-631-9700 or email our Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
